What Is Mochi Ice Cream?

Mochi Ice Cream is the sum of two delicious parts:

1. Sweet rice flour dough

Mochi is made from rice flour and is lightly dusted with cornstarch. It is smooth and soft to the touch. When you bite into it, it has a slightly chewy texture that quickly melts in your mouth. Because of its subtle, sweet flavor it complements any flavor ice cream.

2. Premium ice cream

Our gourmet ice cream is a burst of delicious flavors from decadent chocolate, to earthy green tea, to comforting coffee, to classic vanilla, to tropical mango, and more.

To make Mochi Ice Cream, we encase premium ice cream in our fresh, pastry-like dough, known as Mochi. This gives it a unique taste and feel. Mochi dough is soft and chewy with a subtle flavor, so it blends perfectly with any flavor ice cream.
