BOULDER CANYON INTRODUCES PROTEIN CRISPS

Boulder Canyon Foods, a part of Inventure Foods, introduced Protein Crisps to the market in two varieties: Dark Chocolate and Asiago Cheese. The protein-rich chips are available in 3-ounce packages for a suggested retail price of $3.49 to $3.99 per bag. Protein Crisps feature 10 grams of protein and 47 chips per serving. They are gluten-free, kosher-certified and GMO-free, according to the company. Each serving contains 120 calories with no saturated or trans-saturated fats, and two grams of sugar.
