FROM YUMMLY (WE TRIED THIS AND IT WAS GRRRRRRREAT!)
Pineapple Coleslaw
3 cups coleslaw mix
1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained (I cup after it’s drained)
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/3 cup mayonnaise (I used canola mayo)
In a large bowl, combine the first three ingredients. (You can add some salt and pepper too if you’d like)
Add mayonnaise and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
