Lightlife was one of the first to produce great tasting meatless products and their new black bean burger is no exception. A blend of soy and black beans, with a great mix of spices. These cook up perfectly on the grill and clearly is one of the best meatless burgers in the supermarket. One burger is just 100 calories with 10 grams of protein, 2 grams of sugars and 2.5 grams of fat. Does have 330 mg of sodium which I wish was a bit lower – after all you will be adding some topping that probably also contains sodium. Right in time for summer grilling!
