CHOCOLATE MATZA BRITTLE

We have never had anyone turn down a second, or a third, piece!

Matza
2 sticks pareve margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 bag of chocolate chips

Cover a cookie pan with foil- it makes cleanup much easier!

Line the cookie pan with matzas. It is ok for them to overlap a little. Melt the margarine with the brown sugar until it begins to boil. Pour the mixture over the matza. Bake at 375F (190C) for 7 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven, and pour the chocolate bits over the matzas. After the chips melt, let the whole thing cool in the fridge for one hour. Break into small pieces, and watch them disappear!
