This week marks an exciting new milestone in my career. I have started a new business, and this week the first product is be’ezrat HaShem scheduled to hit the shelves. After writing about food and recipes for so long, I have decided to address a niche in our kosher market that I feel is missing. Introducing high quality (Barry Callebaut) nut free, dairy free and gluten free chocolate chips. Soon to be followed by mini chips and 72 % cocoa chocolate chunks. I know, I’m so excited to bake with them too! And honestly , they are great for snacking as well. In case you are wondering , I did have to taste test a bunch of different chocolate chips numerous times…. I know, it’s a rough job 🙂
