> SALSA:
> 1 Can Pineapple
> 1 Chopped Mango
> 1/2 C Cilantro
> 3/4 C Apricots preserves
> 1 to 2 jalapenos, diced
> 3 T Lemon Juice
> Salt
>
> Mix and Refrigerate
>
> NEXT:
>
> Mix together:
> 4 T Ketchup
> 2 T Olive Oil
> 1 tsp oregano
> 1/2 tsp allspice
> 1/4 tsp cloves
>
> Rub over chicken pieces and bake or grill.
>
> Serve with salsa over the top and with rice
