Moringa is known as the wonder plant. It is native to India, but now is grown in Israel. The leaves reputedly have some great and amazing benefits: Good for diabetics, good for high blood pressure, good for inflammations, and 297 other ailments.

You can eat the leaves raw, cook them, use them in salad, or use as a tea infusion.

Available in natural food stores in Israel and other organic stores.

The cost is NIS 15 for 1/2 liter.
