CHOCOLATE MATZAH BRITTLE

This is one of our all time Pesach faves. Try it- you will love it, and your family will lift a toast to your good health!!

Matzah
2 sticks of pareve margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 bag of pareve chocolate chips

HINT: Cover a cookie pan with foil- it makes clean up that much easier.

Line the cookie pan with matzah sheets. It is ok if they overlap a little.
Melt the margarine with the brown sugar until it starts to boil.
Pour this mixture over the matzah.
Bake at 375F for seven (7) minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven and pour the chocolate bits over the matzahs.
After the chips melt, let the whole thing cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Break up into small pieces and watch them disappear.
