Let’s start with the good- we had an absolutely fantastic waitress. Without hovering, she was on the spot and very happy to serve. Her suggestions were well taken, too.
Now the bad: We had the worst steak we have ever had there. We asked for entrecote. We do not know what cut of meat we got, but it could not have been entrecote. First of all, it was not cooked the way we asked. The waitress said that medium was between medium and well. The meat was almost moo-ing. That is how rare and under cooked it was. Second of all, there was a very tough membrane running through the meat. Have you ever had a rib steak (that is what entrecote is) with a membrane running through it? We have not. Third of all, the meat was not soft nor was it tasty.
Forget that there were other people with us. Maybe they were happy. We will never go there again.
