TWO NEW QUINOA PRODUCTS: PASTA AND FLOUR

From Pereg comes 100% Quinoa pasta. This OU certified product is all natural, gluten free, high in protein, high in fiber, cooks in 6 minutes and is 100% quinoa- nothing else. We have not yet seen this product, but we do look forward to seeing it on the grocer’s shelves. Sounds real good to us!

From Roland Foods comes Quinoa Flour. Wheat and gluten free, this product should be a boon to bakers everywhere. Certification is OU. You can use the flour for baking, coating chicken or fish, or even mix it into a protein shake! The SRP is $6.49.

On a separate note, Roland Foods also imports whole quinoa in black, red, white and tri color- something for everyone.
