Chef Amy used to be a caterer. Every meal here in here home in Israel is a Kosher Nexus Five Fork award winner. Seriously!
Here is one of her recipes:
Chocolate Pudding Cake
1 cup flour
1tsp. salt
½ soy milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. marg. melted (I use canola oil)
½ bag chocolate chips
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 boiling water
Combine first 8 ingredients, except using only 2 tbsp. cocoa. Mix well. Stir in choc chips.
Pour into greased 9×9 baking dish.
Mix brown sugar, 4 tbsp. cocoa. Sprinkle on top.
Pour boiling water over.
Bake 350 40 min.
Serve with whipped cream on top.
