SLAWSA- THE MOST AMAZING CONDIMENT!

We had the most amazing condiment- Slawsa. Starting at the end, rather than the beginning, we have to say that this product is a Kosher Nexus Five Fork Award winner!

What is Slawsa? It is a cabbage based condiment that goes with EVERYTHING!

It comes in both Original and Spicy. It is OU kosher (pareve). It contains no fat, no gluten, and no cholesterol. It also is fairly low in sodium- lower than most condiments.

We had the original. Holey moley!!

The company describes the product as both sweet and savory. That, however, is only part of the story. True, Slawsa starts out sweet, but, then, it has a very subtle back door of heat that sneaks up on you and captures your taste buds. The combination is simply amazing. So far, we have used Slawsa on a hot dog, a hamburger, as a side dish on its own merits, with quinoa, and on chicken schnitzel. MMMMMMM!!

Simply put, if your local grocer does not stock this product, tell him/her in no uncertain terms that you want, nay you demand, that they stock Slawsa.
