HARVEST SWEETS FRUIT TRUFFLES NOW KOSHER

Cape Cod Provisions, LLC, Pocasset, Mass., announced that its Harvest Sweets brand of all natural Fruit Truffles are now kosher certified. Product packages now bear the Star-D symbol of the Star-D Kosher Supervision of the National Council of Young Israel.

The truffles have smooth ganache centers of pureed fruit, fresh cream and cocoa butter and are surrounded with milk or dark Belgium chocolate. There are seven varieties: cranberry, orange, blueberry and raspberry in dark chocolate shell, as well as key lime, strawberry and peach in milk chocolate shell. Each truffle is individually wrapped in a foil color wrap to match the fruit ganache center.
