These are the best brownies! Everyone will be begging for the recipe. No one will believe they are kosher for Pesach!
FAMOUS PASSOVER BROWNIES
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Cups sugar
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup matzah cake meal
1 Cup chocolate chips
Beat eggs, sugar cocoa and salt. Add oil and blend well. Stir in cake meal and chocolate chips. Bake in a greased 13×9 pan at 325 degrees for about
30 – 40 minutes. The top will be shiney and the edges will be dry. Let cool on a rack.
Recipe can easily be doubled and it can also be frozen.
