ACME SMOKED FISH INTRODUCES SWEET MUSTARD DILL SAUCE

NOT KOSHER FOR PASSOVER

Acme Smoked Fish Introduces Sweet Mustard Dill Sauce
To Complement Salmon

All-Natural, Certified Kosher Product Now Available to Markets and Distributors
Brooklyn, New York – February 28, 2012 – Acme Smoked Fish Corporation, a family owned and
operated smoked fish producer, kicked off 2012 with the launch of its new Salmon Sauce. The all-natural
sweet mustard dill is preservative-free and certified Kosher (OU).

Sweet Mustard Dill is the most widely used sauce when preparing and serving gravlax, salty lox or
smoked salmon, with its flavor providing a delightful complement to salmon’s delicate or salty smoked
taste. Acme’s signature recipe infuses a fresh twist on the classic sweet-dill pairing to enhance any
smoked fish or meat dish. Salmon Sauce is also recommmended for use as a savory marinade or
condiment alongside roasted lamb or sliced meats. The new Salmon Sauce may also be used as an
alternative to cream cheese when serving Acme’s smoked salmon or lox on a bagel.
“We’re excited to introduce our Salmon Sauce to the marketplace to complement and enhance the
smoked fish dining experience,” explains Gabriel Viteri, Vice President of Strategy and Business
Development. “Our tasty Salmon Sauce is aptly named to help consumers quickly identify the product’s
most common use.”

The new product launch provides greater variety and quality within the sauce marketplace, expanding
menu choices around smoked salmon and fish. Wholesale cases include 12 8.5 fl. oz. jars, with each jar
offering a six-month shelf life. Refrigeration is required after opening. Acme’s all-natural Salmon Sauce
is just one of many premium fish sauces and spreads available for retail and wholesale.
