Sol Cuisine makes vegan/vegetarian, wheat free, gluten free, organic, non-GMO, low in fat foods. We tried some at the Kosher Food Show and we really enjoyed them. Did they taste like meat? No, but they were very tasty and frankly we would eat them at home. Sol’s products carry both the OU the COR 197 certifications. They are also rated as USDA Organic.
