MON CUISINE SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

In a short sentence: it ain’t MON cuisine! And it probably won’t be yours, either.

The spaghetti is so over cooked as to almost be mush. The sauce is tasty, though.

The ever present green beans (Is there a Mon Cuisine meal that does not have them?) were also tasty.

Ah, what can we say about the meat balls? First of all, what could be finer than slicing your meat ball only to find the center is one big piece of gristle?
Second, why is it that the center of the meatball is always more uncooked than cooked? Third, the meat is tough.

On a scale of one to ten, we would rate this a zero. On the other hand, in the hospital it proves to be the best incentive for getting well again!
