TURKEY GRAPE SALAD
lettuce
grapes cut in half
i cup toasted pecans
smoked turkey cut into small squares
dressing:
i tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
some ground black pepper
use half the dressing and pour over grape turkey and half of the pecans. let chill. before your serve, mix with lettuce add rest of dressing and top with remaiing pecans
