This recipe is courtesy of Crisco Brand Olive oil.
Non stick cooking spray
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of garlic salt1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
4 skinless cutlets
Coat grill pan with non stick spray. Heat over medium heat.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, Italian Seasoning, garlic salt and pepper in a medium sized microwave bowl. Cook on HIGH for one minute. Stir.
Dip chicken in mixture and coat evenly. Place on hot grill pan. Cook 6 to 8 minutes PER SIDE until juices run clear and thermometer reads 165F.
Allow to rest five minutes before serving.
