2 tablespoons of margarine
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 tablespoon of concentrated (from frozen can) pure OJ
1 teaspoon of grated orange rind
1/2 cup of golden raisins
1 1/2 cups of cooked rice
1/4 teaspoon of salt
In a large frying pan, melt the margarine. Saute the celery in the melted margarine for about six or seven minutes. From time to time, stir the pan.
Finally, add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well.
Heat and serve. Graciously accept compliments.
