You just gotta love press releases. Nowhere else will you get such open self praise! Here is a good one about a new kosher restaurant about to open on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

“With the ever-increasing demand for Blossom’s mouthwatering menu of gourmet, vegan, organic food, Blossom has finally decided to open a second location on the Upper West Side. Blossom’s well-deserved reputation for remarkable gourmet cuisine, prepared by some of the finest chefs in the industry, makes certain that this will be a welcome, unique addition to the Upper West Side neighborhood, due to open October 1st 2007.

The expansive space will have indoor and sidewalk seating and will be open from morning ’til night.
