Yarden Katzrin is produced only in exceptional years. The 2000 Yarden Katzrin, produced from 89% Cabernet Sauvignon with 9% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc, aged two years in new French oak barrels. This wine reflects the remarkable quality of the Golan Heights as a winegrowing appellation.
