EASY ICE CREAM PIE

We subscribe to a Jewish food list, and one of the members posted this recipe. We asked her permission to list the recipe here, and she said, “Yes.” So, direct from Israel…….. drum rolls please……… a wonderful and easy dessert!

1 9″ graham cracker pie crust
2 containers tofu pareve ice cream, softened (contrasting colors, I used
Chocolate and Better Pecan)
1 banana, sliced
Pareve chocolate syrup
Nuts or fruit or graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Spread one of the containers of ice cream in the pie crust. Cover with
chocolate syrup, then sliced banana. Spread the second flavor over this,
and top with chocolate syrup. Garnish with nuts or crumbs and freeze. If
you prefer, add a fresh fruit garnish after removing from the freezer before
serving.

Voila! One incredible dessert.
