MIRACLE GLACAGE

One of the neatest things we saw at Kosherfest was Miracle Glacage. This Kof-K Dairy certified product is an amazing glaze that instantly dries and leaves fruit, for example, with a wonderful looking glaze.

You simply heat some of the product in a sauce pan and dip whatever you want glazed into the sauce. Voila! It dries in an instant, leaving a shiney surface behind. Fruit dipped in this product has a five day shelf life, by the way!

The glaze comes in several varieties: clear, with a sweet taste, Cocoa Powder, with a dark color and a chocolate taste and Red Glaze with a sweet taste and a red color. By the way, the red glaze on strawberries yields an amazing looking dessert treat. Serve in a fillo dough shell and cover with whipped cream for a great dessert.
