GRAVY FLAVORED SODA???

This has to be the weirdest news story we have ever seen. We do not know if the products are kosher, but we felt the story just sort of cries out for repetition here. So, sit back and prepare to laugh out loud!

Dieters looking forward to a Thanksgiving meal but worried about their waistline can drink it instead, with Jones Soda Co. introducing five holiday flavors. For a limited time, the Seattle-based soda company will be offering drinkers their choice of Green Bean Casserole Soda, Mashed Potato &
Butter Soda, Fruitcake Soda, Cranberry Soda and Turkey & Gravy Soda — all the flavors of Thanksgiving, but with no calories or carbs, said Jones President and CEO Peter van Stolk. “We realized consumers are concerned about the 2,000 calories that each full holiday meal contains,” said van Stolk, according to BusinessNews Seattle. “That’s why we made our sodas zero calories and zero carbs. Now, you can enjoy all the mashed potatoes and butter without worrying about the carbs.” The limited edition holiday pack hit stores this week, and will be available online at jonessodastore.com starting Thursday. It retails for $15.95, and will be sold in the Jones Soda distributor network and select Target stores.

And the weirdosity meter just hit an all time new high, boys and girls. As we said, we do not even know if the product is kosher or not, but we had to share this one if for no other reason than the laugh value!
