SALMON SAUCE

We received a press release announcing a newly kosher product which will debut at Kosherfest later this month. The product is called Daddy Sam’s Salmon Glaze.

Daddy Sam?s Salmon Glaze is all natural, gluten free and kosher. Made with fresh ginger, fresh lime juice and molasses, it contains nothing artificial and uses no thickeners. The bright, fresh flavor goes beautifully with Salmon and other seafood. According to the company, it is an easy way to add a little variety to your heart healthy salmon experience. Simple to use, it is spread on the salmon which is then baked, broiled or grilled as you normally would.

We do not yet have certification information, but we do know that it will debut, as we said, at Kosherfest. So, until then- stay tuned. This one sounds like a winner!
