SEEDS OF CHANGE

Looking for a new side dish or something interesting to put in your summer salads? Try quinoa! If you’re like me and have no idea how to prepare this yummy grain, SEEDS OF CHANGE can help you out with their quinoa blends. Certified by the OU, they include tomato basil, French herb, and zesty cilantro. I’ve tried the first two and love ’em.

SEEDS OF CHANGE also has some pretty nifty rice pilafs, also OU-certified: seven-grain pilaf, Spanish-style yellow rice pilaf, Cajun-style rice and red beans, Caribbean-style rice and black beans, Tuscan style rice and beans, and Moroccan lentil rice pilaf.

Cooking tip: I’ve been using the seven-grain pilaf instead of rice with Chinese food (especially pepper steak), and it’s a big hit.
