BLAZING SADDLES AND GLAZIN’ GOURMET

Greetings all y’all!

Well shucks ma’am- they sure have some fine stuff to buy down here in Texas. For a citified Easterner, shopping here is an eye opener!

We found a product called GLAZIN’ GOURMET. The company makes some really fine glazes for your chicken, fish, meat, or veggies. They even suggest that you try it on oatmeal or on muffins. Certification is by the Triangle CRC. The glazes are pareve. Douglas Foods (they make Simcha brand products) is the manufacturer.

The glazes come in: Black Currant Glaze, Cranberry Walnut, and Orange Apricot.

The carbs and sugar content are both quite high, so this is not suggested for people on Atkins, South Beach or people with diabetes. On the other hand, if there is anyone left out there, you might want to try these really fine glazes. The trick is to brush some on during the last half of the cooking time. The result will be a really sophiscated taste to tantalize your taste buds. Try them- you will love them!
