GREAT DIPPING SAUCE

So there we were at a really swell soiree. The company was tres chi-chi, the food was nouvelle cuisine (i.e., minuscule portions, but it sure looked pretty!) and the room was softly lit by low-wattage indirect lighting.

What stood out-for us anyway- was a really super dip that the host had put out. The Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard was really taam gan eden! It turns out that the stuff was from Robert Rothschild Farm. Hashgacha is Q-Kof.

We enjoyed dipping veggies and especially enjoyed dipping some pretzels into the mustard. Frankly, the company was not so great, the ambiance was not so great, but the dipping mustard was worth it all!
