CHOCOLATE MATZAH BRITTLE

matzah
2 sticks of pareve margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 bag of chocolate chips

(Hint: cover a cookie pan with aluminum foil for easier cleanup!)

Line the cookie pan with matzas. It is ok if they overlap a little. Melt the margarine with the brown sugar until it starts to boil. Pour this mixture over the matzas and bake at 375F for 7 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven, and pour the the chocolate bits over the matzas. After the chocolate bits melt, put the pan in the refrigerator for one hour. Take it out of the fridge. Break the matzas into small piece and watch everyone gobble them up!
