CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE

From this week’s Kosher Today comes this interesting review:

Ultra-Premium Chocolate for New Roca Buttercrunch Thins
By Eda Kram… Brown & Haley has launched new Roca Buttercrunch Thins, made with ultra-premium chocolates. Four varieties of Roca Buttercrunch Thins are being offered using two signature chocolates. The two Toffee Thins, Milk Toffee and Dark Toffee are made by drenching a thin baton of classic Almond Roca Buttercrunch Toffee with the signature chocolates. The two Truffle Thins are made by molding the chocolates with distinctive truffle centers that are blended with bits of Almond Roca buttercrunch. The Caramel Truffle matches French-style caramel with the signature milk chocolate, and the Dark Truffle pairs a mouth-melting dark center with the intense 60% dark chocolate shell. This product is certified kosher dairy under Igud Hakashrus of Los Angeles, Kehilla Kosher whose Rabbinic Administrator is Rabbi Avrohom Teichman and the product is Dairy. Brown & Haley is a Tacoma, Washington Food Company that has been making Almond Roca buttercrunch toffee since 1923. The chocolate-almond buttercrunch toffee and famous pink tin are favorites throughout the United States and enjoyed in over 34 countries around the world.
