French Style Broccoli Slaw

What You’ll Need:
  • 1 (12-ounce) package broccoli slaw, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What To Do:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon-style mustard, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together broccoli slaw, cranberries, and dressing.
