Exclusive: Breaking Bad Now Has Its Own ‘Heisenberg’ Blue Ice Vodka

Breaking Bad is about to make some of its fans quite thirsty.

A limited-edition line of “Heisenberg” Blue Ice Vodka, inspired by the hit television series, is available this week in California, on Reserve Bar and nationwide soon.

The bottles have one of three phrases written across the front: “Say My Name,” “The One Who Knocks” or “Tread Lightly.”

But it’s what’s inside the bottle that has Vince Gilligan, executive producer and creator of Breaking Bad, excited.

“The Dude had his White Russians, the Blues Brothers had their Night Train … and now Heisenberg has his very own Blue Ice Vodka!” he said of the character made famous by Bryan Cranston. “I’m counting on our fans to use it in the creation of a great many delicious cocktails. I’m thirsty just thinking about it.”

Blue Ice Vodka, which was founded in 2002, is proud to help make Heisenberg come to life — at least in your drink.

“We are extremely proud of this collaboration between one of the finest shows on television and our best in class Blue Ice Vodka,” Thomas Gibson, president of 21st Century Spirits, said. “Our desire for the ‘perfect batch’ of vodka mirrors the unyielding commitment to quality exhibited by both the series and the notorious Heisenberg.”

Mix away the baddest drink out there.
