ARE YOUR EGGS OLD OR NEW?

Here is a super trick we just learned about telling the relative age of eggs in your fridge.

Put the eggs in a bowl of water. Fresh eggs will lie on the bottom of the bowl. Older eggs, due to the increasing air inside them, will stand up in the water.

A good use for older eggs- hard boil them! Older eggs are easier to peel.
