THE SEASON FOR BUGS IN THE WATER IS OVER!

Here in the Metro NYC area, we have had our first below freezing temperatures. We have also had snow already. Up in the Catskills whence much of NYC’s water comes, they have had quite a few inches of snow already as well as below freezing temperatures.

So why do we tell you this?

Simple- once the temp drops, no more problems with those microscopic bugs about which we were so hysterically warned.

Listen- just between us- don’t hold your breath waiting for some rabbis to issue an “all clear.” We predict that that just ain’t gonna happen. No doubt, we will soon read articles about why, even now, we need to filter our water year ’round here in NYC. Just one question, however: what did Moshe Rabbeinu drink??
