VEGGIE FRIES

This is a great recipe we found. We tried it. We loved it. We will make it again.

Crispy Veggie Fries

Preheat oven to 425 F. Beat egg in bowl. Dip vegetables in egg; shake in coating mix.

Place breaded vegetables on lightly greased shallow pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Makes: 6 servings
