Wagyu Just For You
As many of you know The Pasta Factory is now featuring an outstanding selection of meats. In line with that we can now offer you the finest meat available, Wagyu Beef, also commonly known as Kobe Beef.

Wagyu (pronounced Wah Gyoo) Beef is characterized by an unusually rich flavor and high marbling that allows it to melt in your mouth. It is also considered all natural in that the cattle are not fed growth hormones or other additives to increase their size but instead ranch raised and fed whole natural grains. This healthy lifestyle creates a meat that is simply unrivaled and featured only in the finest restaurants in the world.

Our Wagyu is from Strube Ranch in Texas
(see link to the Strube Ranch website for more information about their beef and how it is raised:

At restaurants in NYC, for example the well known 4 star restaurant Craft Steak, chef Tom Colicchio – host and mentor of the hit Bravo cable TV show “Top Chef”, sells a 12 oz Strube Ranch Ribeye for $102 and a 22 oz for $130.

We are offering Glatt kosher Strube Ranch Wagyu Rib Eye in a 16oz cut for only $75 – but will only be available this Sunday, February 15th and Monday, February 16th.

Our chef Dave Dewhirst is preparing the Wagyu steak as follows:
Grilled 16 oz Wagyu Rib Eye with Roasted Yukon Gold potato hash, haricots verts almondine, with a Red Burgundy reduction.

Very simply put you will not find a better cut of beef nor at a better price. We do recommend reserving your table in advance and letting us know if you will be ordering the Wagyu Ribeye as we have a limited supply.

We look forward to seeing you at The Pasta Factory!

Reservations are always advised.
