HORSERADISH CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

Perfect for any non working day morning when it might be tough to open the eyes!

7 ounces of cream cheese
2 heaping tablespoons of white horseradish (store bought)
1/3 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar

Place all the ingredients in either a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve with crackers and a bouquet of fresh veggies
