Someone gave us a great gift of Hoboken Eddie’s sauces and condiments. On the box, we saw a recipe for a noodle dish that looked delish. Sooooo- we tried it. It’s true, it’s true. It was delish.

2 hefty tablespoons of peanut butter
1 cup of Hukilau Hannah sauce

Heat in a saucepan over low heat.

Add one pound of cooked spaghetti. Mix well to coat evenly.

Serve either hot or cold.

Garnish with chopped cukes, red peppers and scallions.

Hoboken Eddie’s is OK certified.
