CHEF LEONARDO WEIGHS IN WITH A RECIPE

I have been tinkering with a couple of variations on the cuban sandwich. Meat and dairy. The key in both is mustard and pickles.

Kosher Meat Cuban:

1 slice of turkey meat like Of Tov, Tirvat Zvi or Hod Golan lightly fried
1 fried egg sunny side up
1 Kinneret triangle potato latke
pickle slices
mustard
mayo
crusty baguette

Kosher Dairy Cuban:

Substitute slices of sharp cheese for meat in above variation
