BINYAMINA OFFERS SAPPHIRE WINE

The Binyamina winery has introduced a new fine wine called Sapphire. A mix of Cabernet Sauvingnon, Shiraz and Merlot, this is a truly fine wine.

Be forewarned, however, you can’t drink this wine directly out of the bottle. Nope. First you have to decant it. Then let it sit and breathe for at least two hours. Finally, swirl the wine from time to time while it is aerating.

Finally fill a glass, make a bracha and enjoy the wine!

We greatly enjoyed a bottle of the 2004 vintage. The taste was sublime. The individual wines were aged for 16 months before the final mix was created. Only 2968 bottles were produced.

Act now before the supply flies off the shelf. There are four certifications including the OU.
