OILS ON PESACH

We recently saw a posting on Kashrut.org concerning oils on Pesach. The Rabbis there say that safflower, walnut,and rapeseed (ie, canola) oils are kosher for Pesach without a passover certification. We agree.

FROZEN FISH FOR PESACH

According to the OU (and we do agree), frozen fish that contains ANY ingredient other than fish (except for water and salt) must have P certification. Fresh or frozen fish that contains no other ingredients beyond the fish (except for water and salt) may be used for Pesach with no special P certification.
