Berry Compote

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 cinnamon stick (for garnish)

What to Do

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat about 20-25 mintues until all berries pop open.
  2. Let cool then serve, or let cool then cover and chill until ready to serve.
