Think of these like super delicious raisins – but so much better. Not too sweet, even though they add organic cane sugar – these are simply delicious. One-quarter cup is 120 calories, no fat, no sodium but 22 grams of sugars. Eat them out of the bag – or sprinkle them on a salad. I actually also tried them in a recipe for Dover sole instead of white wine and they were fabulous. So good….
