An addictively good homemade creamy chickpea avocado hummus that is ready in less than 10 minutes!
2 (15 ounce) cans (~3 cups) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 medium avocados, peeled and stone removed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste
Puree everything in a food processor adding as much water as needed to get the desired consistency.
