CHOCOLATE MATZAH BRITTLE

Cover a cookie pan with aluminum foil (makes it easier to clean up later)
Line the cookie pan with matzahs. Ok if they overlap a little.
Melt the margarine with the brown sugar until it starts to boil. Pour this mixture over the matzahs and bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.

Take the pan out of the oven and pour chocolate bits over the matzah. After they melt, let it cool in the refrigerator for one hour. Break into small pieces and watch the gang gobble them up!

2 Sticks of margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 bog of chocolate chips
