PEACH COLE SLAW

This is one of our yom tov faves. It really leaves people raving!

Cabbage and Peach Slaw Ingredients
DRESSING 1/8 ts Pepper
2 tb Light mayonnaise SLAW
1 tb Cider vinegar 1 bag of cole slaw mix (cabbage and carrots, etc)
2 ts Dijon mustard 1 lg Peach, diced
1/4 ts Salt
Instructions for Cabbage and Peach Slaw
Whisk dressing ingredients in a serving bowl until blended. Stir in cabbage and peach. Chill and serve.
