Four of us headed on over to 24 Emek Refaim for an amazing dinner at Joy Grill. We used to love eating at Joy Express- this is the grown up version. When we got to the restaurant, it was mobbed. They offered to seat us in the outside dining room. It was totally enclosed with Continue Reading »
