ON THE ROAD AGAIN…….

By the time this appears on the blog, we will have just landed (IY”H) at Ben Gurion Airport in Israel. Once again, we are spending some time in Jerusalem visiting the kiddies, partaking of the local food scene, and visiting all of our favorite haunts.

There are some new restaurants in Jerusalem that we want to try out as well as old favorites to visit again. It has been too long, for example, since we ate at Pinati (the best schnitzel and hummus in Israel), or at Gabriel (just thinking of the place gets us salivating), or even just grabbing a great, leisurely breakfast at Cafe Belinda in the Wolfson mall.

Of course, there are the stores where we are known (and where our daughter never goes because they fawn too much over her and carry on about how wonderful her father is). We like the fact that we have places where we are always welcome.
